havioral Health Division in collaboration with the Behavioral Health in Education: Resources and Opportunities (B-HERO) Technical Assistance Center. B-HERO provides North Dakota’s Behavioral Health Resource Coordinators with technical assistance, resources, and opportunities related to identifying warning signs, risk factors and the availability of resources in the community.
